Datacenter Facilities Pre Sales Engineer
1. Solution design information collection and analysis.
2. Data center facility solution design based on customers’ requirements.
3. Site survey to collect project information.
4. Solution clarification and presentation.
5. Support CEG to analysis the BOQ and quotation from subcontractors.
6. Continuously understanding of the Chile DC Facility industry, with all changes, fluctuations, technology trends, and other related factors.
7. Define multiple datacenter business strategies (depending of specific countries conditions), in order to maximize the Huawei market share in this segment.
8. Define the model to attack the Chile market, considering the customer thinking and preferences, competitors, technological trends, new financial models, and creative solutions to beat the current players.
9. Together with sales team in Data Center solutions promotions, events, industry conferences, papers publications, etc.
- 5+ years general experience in data center facility vendors or integrators
- Background of Data Center facility Pre-Sales and solution design
- Deeply familiar with the components of Data Center Facility, especially the electric part and cooling part.
- Deeply familiar with the local design standards in data center facility area.
- Good at solution design based on mainstream data center design architecture.
- Capability to collect and understand customers’ requirements.
- Capability to guide customers’ ideas on solution design.
- Solution design skill based on CAD.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English and Spanish, and be able to engage with customer.
