Position at a Glance:
As Human Resources (HR) Lead, you will become a part of the Human Resources team in Chile office, managing the Talent Acquisition (TA), Business HR (BHR), and Performance Management (PM) functions for the center, as well as partnering with the operations and leadership teams.
Responsibilities include the following:
• Defining strategy and executing day-to-day activities of the TA and BHR functions, and overseeing the performance of the team.
• Full management of the hiring pipeline for Chile center, including the development and implementation of TA strategies to achieve excellence in metrics focused on the quality of hire, time to fill, and diversity of talent.
• Managing internal work allocation, KPI tracking, and reporting for the Recruitment team.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external headhunters and recruiting agencies.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders at all levels and acting as a trusted advisor in HR matters, such as employee experience, policies, performance management, engagement, employee retention, etc.
• Leading Performance Management functions for the center, assuring adherence to defined processes and timelines.
• Executing special projects related to the HR area, with local and global impact.
• Maintaining HR policies and guidelines, assuring compliance with internal and external regulations.

Requisitos Minimos:
• Good communication skills in English and Spanish; both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources (preferably in Talent Acquisition and Business HR advisory area).
• Understanding of Human Resources practices and legal requirements (ideally familiar with Chilean Labor Law).
• Experience managing teams and/or mentoring people.
• Good time management skills and capable of working under high pressure.
• Strong communication, networking, and organizational skills.
• Preferably experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and Power Point.
